The two types of "creators" on the internet...
The defining difference between those who succeed and those who don't.
Hi friends,
Today, I want to introduce you to two buddies of mine.
There's Tim, a warrior known for his intellect.
And then there's Sam, a warrior known for her bravery.
Both are ambitious warriors who live in “Internet Kingdom” where a war is raging on. They're eager to grow their skills, achieve bigger and better things, and provide for their community.
But there's a big difference between Tim and Sam.
Tim is tucked away, safe in the castle, busy sharpening his sword.
He spends his day reading guides, techniques, and preparing for the great war raging outside. He has copious amounts of information and knowledge.
Nothing can touch his vast library of resources.
He has the "ultimate guide" to sword swinging, the "5 hacks to better stabbing", and a community of advisors to share his learnings. He is always preparing for the "one ultimate battle".
Sam is out on the battlefield risking her life and reputation everyday.
She doesn't have time to sharpen her sword, because she’s too busy swinging it at enemies. She has copious amounts of action and experience.
Nothing can touch her.
Her sword is rusty and her armor is dented. But her body and instincts are strong, Her wisdom and experience make up for the tools she’s missing. Her skills make up for resources she lacks.
When the war is over…
Sam’s heroic deeds are told over and over.
Her legend lives on. She’s forged unbreakable bonds with her fellow teammates and has gained the recognition of everyone in the land— not to mention the treasure!
While Tim is still stuck in Lurker Land, preparing for the next war.
My question for you is...
Who would you rather be? Tim or Sam?
You get to decide.
P.S. If you don’t leave a comment no hard feelings… Tim.
